This beautiful 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom beach house is the most comfortable place you will want to call "Our Place in Florida." Relax in a huge living room or kick your feet up on the back porch with a cool cocktail under an old Oak tree. Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs. Don't feel like cooking? Enjoy many restaurants in the area from Authentic Greek to Japanese.
During the day fall in love with the sun at two nearby beaches or take a walk in beautiful nearby parks. Explore the downtown sponge docks, aquarium and antique shopping. Want to spend the day at an amazing resort pool? Check out Innsbrook Water Park or Fantastic Golf, only a mile away. Or, jump on the trolley and take in the sites of Old Palm Harbor, Delightfully Different Dunedin and famous Clearwater Beach.
Feel like a boat tour, jump on a day or sunset cruise right off the sponge docks.. Also off the sponge docks Is a guided Deep Sea fishing excursion. Feel like a boat to yourself, FREEDOM Boat Club is 10 minutes away.
At night take a walk down to Sunset Beach and celebrate the amazing sunset. To close your day, relax on your front porch gazing at a star filled sky. Then sleep in a king bed in the master bedroom and have family and friends in the guest roomhave a single bed, twin bed and bunk bed. Also there is a pull out bed in the living room. After a restful night start your day again exploring Busch Gardens, Tampa or St. Petersburg. Your next day, travel a little north to Crystal River and go tubing in Wikee Wachee Springs.
This home is cleaned after each guest by a professional cleaning company which specializes in disinfectant and sanitizing for your families protection.
After 9 Pm is quite time in the neighborhood
Well behaved Dogs are welcome. There will be a $50.00 pet fee for the first 2 and $25. For additional at check in, this can be paid in cash or a cash app, just let me know what is easy for you.
Reservation must be made for the exact number of people that will be in the home and the guest reserving/ staying must be at least 30 years of age. 4 adults max. Additional overnight guests not approved or listed in the reservation will result in a fee and possibly void the reservation.
There is absolutely no smoking in the house and do not empty ashtrays in the kitchen garbage. If this rule is not followed it will result in a $300.00 fee. The garbage can is to the right of the driveway and trash days are Mondays and Thursdays.
For check out: please Do not wash blankets or comforters. Please put all linen in the laundry room and start a load of towels. If there dishes, please start the dishwasher.
Please enjoy yourself but remember this is a place others come to enjoy also. Please leave the house as you found it and if something needs fixed or replaced don't hesitate to tell me.
