3 Bedroom Cabin in Rio Frio

115 feet of Frio river front property, prime tubing area, only 3 miles north of Garner State Park. Full kitchen inside, wood and propane grills outside. The two stories of living area are built, stilted above the various patios and picnic tables below. Amazing views from the vaulted porches, both front and back. Cozy fire pit in the back yard next to lighted horse shoe pits and washers for outdoor evening fun. Outdoor private walk-in shower for 2 for those hot days, outside 1/2 bath for added convenience. All the modern technology to stay connected and streaming ready TV. A nice getaway for the family and friends.
Bird sightings along the river here: Kestrel, Owl, Swallows, Green kingfisher, Belted kingfisher, Vermillion fly-catcher, Green Jay and more.

* 1 full bathroom off of kitchen with tub/shower & washer/dryer.
* Loft has 2 large bedroom areas separated by half bathroom & closet wall.
* Loft has 2 queen beds, 2 double beds, 2 single day beds with 2 single trundles.

Summary: Cabin is right by the river and is very clean and spacious. Unfortunately the river was not running but we had plenty of fun at the cabin. Definitely recommend and we will be returning.
