The non-smoking holiday apartment is on the top floor (2nd Floor). It was rebuilt, furnished and finished in May 2013 with great attention to detail.
On 82 sqm there is a spacious living and dining room with an open kitchen and storage room above with a view of the roof terrace, a spacious hall that leads into the modern bathroom and the friendly bedroom at the end.
In the bedroom there are 4 sleeping possibilities (a double bed and a sofa bed). In the living room there is also a sofa bed for 2 people. The apartment is suitable for individuals, couples and families. It has a TV with satellite connection, a music system and WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped (stove with oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combination, 2 coffee machines for filters or Nespresso capsules, washing machine).
