We offer in Montorfano in the province of Como in Lombardy, a beautiful villa, with absolute privacy, perfectly restored and well preserved of about 500 square meters in a quiet location, surrounded by greenery, with a park of about 3500 square meters planted with centuries-old trees and ornamental plants, all 'inside of which a golf hole for practice, adjacent to the same Golf Club of the country.Montorfano is a magnificent town in the Como region (about 3000 inhabitants), named after Monte Orfano - a hill 400 meters above sea level - of moraine origin, which overlooks the city.
The property is located in a dominant position, in the most beautiful and exclusive area of the city, right on the Monte Orfano mountain, overlooking the lake and the forest beyond. The privacy of the location is also guaranteed by the fact that the road to the villa ends next to it. Opposite (in the south) there is a lake, and on the opposite bank you can admire the Villa d'Este golf club (which can be reached in 3 minutes by car) with its clubhouse and lawns dedicated to this sport. In the east, you can see the lights of Milan's skyscrapers in the evening. To the west, you are enchanted by the imposing Monte Rosa mountain range. To the north (behind the villa) is a forest.
