• There are also 2 queen sized deluxe air mattresses, which are very comfortable, with built in air pumps, a pullout sofa bed, and a portable crib

Welcome to your home away from home in Corpus Christi, Texas! This house is very spacious with plenty of room for your family, friends, and guests. Have fun in the large and well shaded backyard which also includes a charcoal grill for your outdoor gatherings.

Drive to North Beach in less than 20 minutes, where you can visit the Texas State Aquarium, the USS Lexington Museum on the Bay, or swim, surf, or fish on the beach. You can even visit the Selena Memorial Statue on Ocean Drive, less than 3 miles away.

Other things to note:
As mentioned, this house was built in 1945. The A/C and ductwork was added at a much later time so, house has poor air circulation, and it has poor insulation. On very hot/cold days the A/C may have trouble keeping up. However, we have added mini splits to remedy the A/C issues. The restrooms do not have vents, sorry about that. I recommend keeping the restroom door open when not in use to keep it cool/warm. For the most part, the house can maintain a very comfortable temperature.
