A Sight to Sea - 25 Central Square #305 - Seaside, FL “A Sight to Sea” is a sophisticated and stylish two story penthouse apartment that offers the best of new urbanism living. Located on the third and fourth floor of the 25 Central Square Building in the heart of Seaside, this unit overlooks Seaside’s famous Central Square. There is no better place to watch the sun set over this iconic beach town, than from a spacious penthouse like ours! The penthouse was completely redecorated, repainted and floors refinished in 2017! 25 Central Square is a residential-commercial building designed by two of America’s leading architects, Rodolfo Machado and Jorge Silvetti. It received the Massachusetts A.I.A. Design Award in 1991 and the Progressive Architecture Citation in 1993. A Sight to Sea has two bedrooms and a full bath as well as a powder room and sleeps four people. Located next to the Beach and the Gulf of Mexico, you’re also just steps away from the Seaside’s iconic shopping and dining. There is an elevator to the third floor entry. Once inside the penthouse, there are stairs up to the bedrooms and roof top patio. The first floor offers a galley kitchen with sub-zero fridge, powder room, and a living/dining area with LCD TV, sofa, and a private balcony. Upstairs, you will find a king master retreat, spacious master bath (shower only with steam) and a private deck with an outdoor tub. There is a laundry room in the hall as well. A separate studio off the second floor balcony includes two twin beds with LCD TV. Families with older children, girlfriends traveling together and teenagers will love the privacy of the studio bedroom as it open directly onto the patio. The private patio has a huge custom outdoor soaking tub with hand held sprayer faucet, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the open air. Also enjoy amenities such as three outdoor common areas including two Adirondack seating areas. Our vacation rental guests in Seaside have access to 3 pools, 6 tennis courts, croquet courts and a private fitness center. Fitness center and pools are included. There are fees for tennis court time. You’ll also find ample opportunity for biking, hiking and swimming.
