The property includes high speed internet, cable TV and Netflix for those days when you don't want to head out. Recently upgraded and renovated with granite counter tops, wood floors throughout, marble 3/4 bath with dual shower heads and seat.
Added Space:
The downstairs space off the garage has its own private entrance. If you decide to bring your own bikes this is a good spot for them.
Outside Covered 20' Balcony:
Upstairs balcony with outside ceiling fans perfect for entertaining and enjoying dinner outside on gorgeous summer days. Perfect for professionals who wish to have all that this beach community has to offer within walking distance to the best restaurants, shops, and experiences in Corona Del Mar and Balboa Island.
Dog-Friendly:
We are a dog friendly place and need to disclose your furry friend when making your reservation. A dog fee applies. Just bring your toothbrush and clothes and you're ready to go!

We have been seeing an uptick in area construction projects and, in fairness, are not charging $500/night like many others in our beautiful village are doing. (It is quiet, snugly and very secure in our special compound created from this refurbished 1940's bungalow cottage home. When built it had a killer ocean view and there were no other structures for blocks.)

The ONLY CON... For you non beach dwellers - Our garage is on an alley... she isn't pretty, but she takes you to our garage... which is good, right? But once you enter the garage, then into your adorable oasis... you are in your own snugly sanctuary!!
The reality of CDM, like all old Southern California beach communities was designed with an alley system that stretches from North to South. If you walk 2-minutes around the corner to PCH, the park, and a few more minutes to the beach, but are not sure of the idea of an alley, (even safe ones like ours), you probably will want to stay inland. (Let's face it, alleys are meant to be functional.)
That choice will not have an enclosed oversized garage, will be further from the sand and you'll pay PREMIUM PRICES for a 'Typical Well-Used' and Sparse vacation rental with little charm.
