Positive: The location was very good. Quiet and private. We could play music and talk loudly on the patio next to the pool all night without bothering anyone else
Negative: There were quite a bit of flies and sometimes it was hard to keep them out of the house. No surprise though, because the house is surrounded by woods
Summary: Great for a quick getaway with friends/family.
