Our family has owned Unit C108 since it was built. It’s the prized lower level corner unit directly facing the Atlantic Ocean with 500 feet of beach with unobstructed blue water views.
This is the most coveted unit in the building. The way the building was added onto, there is no thru traffic and it’s adjacent to the laundry room. Outdoor grilling area and pool.
There is “one” prized parking space that comes with the rental and ‘The place at the beach VI” is across the street from “Nucci”s pizza, ‘The Flip Flops bar and grill”, and convenience/souvenir shop. Also Kroger is just down the road.
The unit has been properly appointed with incredible bedding(towels and sheets). One thing that makes this place great is, come you are! Barefeet preferred and enjoy one of the best spots in MB, and half the price, and twice the view!

Summary: The location of this condo is wonderful. My lady friends and I have stayed in a third floor unit for the past 16 years. There is no elevator in this three story building and stairs have become more difficult for us. Although priced higher than the other units we have stayed in, this first floor unit was perfect for us. It’s a short walk to the beach and it’s in a convenient location. If the price does not increase, we would stay here again.
