Superb surroundings with large terrace, olive grove, fruit trees and own organic vegetable garden. Great location for families or couple who like a large outdoor area where they are able to sit, relax and for children to play. There is air-conditioning in all the rooms.
Interior: on the ground floor there's the lounge area with fireplace, kitchen/dining, 2 double/twin bedroom and 2 bathrooms. On the first floor there's a large double bedroom, small sitting area and bathroom. All rooms have flyscreens.
Exterior: outside kitchen with old style wood oven with table and chairs. Extensive outdoor area with ample place to park.

The pebbly/sandy beach of Sant'Ambrogio is 2 kms from the house, there's free or paid parking nearby or you can park your car in the village and walk via the steps that lead to the beach (need to cross-over the SS113).
