3 Bedroom Cabin in Guilford

Cottage has 3 bedrooms upstairs plus a single bed and a pull out couch downstairs. There are two bathrooms. Upstairs bath has a shower. Downstairs bath has a claw foot tub. Fully equipped kitchen and a living room complete the downstairs. Fans in every room for hot weather. Eden Pure heaters in each room for cold. Also a propane heater downstairs heats cottage. All bedding, towels, dishes, pots and pans are provided. Outside is a gas grill and picnic area. A fire pit is there too. At lakeside are Adirondack chairs and small table and chairs. A canoe and 2 kayaks sit by the lake. -capacity: 8 people -3 bedrooms (-bedding, linens provided), 2 full baths -bdrm 1: queen -bdrm 2: full -bdrm 3: single -downtstairs: day bed and pull out couch -full operational kitchen and fully stocked with all pots, pans, silverware, dishes, etc -non-smoking -pets are welcome -Credit cards, cash or checks are accepted. Downpayment of 50% Due upon booking (booking is secured once check goes through) The rest is due 14 days prior to your stay *** During Covid the check in and out times are firm, to ensure time for a thorough cleaning. ***
