H4 Ranch is located 5 minutes from downtown on a pastoral hillside overlooking the equestrian estates below. We raise cattle nearby, and have a horse and chickens. Don't be surprised if you find a dozen farm fresh eggs in your fridge upon arrival. Our ranch is neat and tidy, well manicured and almost free of your typical farm smells! After parking your car, you walk down the stairs, passing your personal BBQ to the left, and your eyes instantly focus on the hot tub, nestled under a timber frame pergola. There is no nicer way to enjoy the view than a soak in the tub in the morning or under the stars. You won't find more peace and solitude anywhere. A short distance away is a customized firepit, fully equipped with seating and firewood. When you walk through your private entrance, you enter the great room, which includes a full kitchen, dining room, and living room with a beautiful fireplace, and 55 inch flatscreen. There are large picture windows throughout to optimize the views.To the left, you walk into the larger suite, which has a queen bed. The fully private bathroom is custom tiled in limestone, with soaker tub and custom shower. This suite also has full laundry, 42inch flatscreen, cable and Wifi. To the right side of great room you will find the other suite with a queen size bed. It is slightly smaller, but has some awesome features. It has a sitting area with another 42inch flatscreen, cable and wifi, large picture window, and a beautiful ensuite bathroom. It is tiled in quartzite, with a custom walk in shower with a bench seat, rainfall shower and wand.
