Gorgeous complete renovation. This spacious unit is great for the family, couples or traveling friends to enjoy the turquoise waters and white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. When you aren't at the beach, take a swim in the pool in the back yard or grill out on the deck. Just around the corner you'll find two local treasures: Carousel, a great local grocery/wine shop, and Thomas Donuts for delicious breakfast and lunch!
Just a few minutes away you'll find Pier Park for shopping, dining, and entertainment; or the Frank Brown Park for outdoor fun! Go further east to reach the heart of Panama City Beach, Ripley's Believe it or Not, Wonderworks scientific exhibits, Zooworld and Gulfworld.
On the first floor you will find the living area, kitchen and half bath. The two bedrooms and the full bath are upstairs. We've mounted smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom. Both have netflix, hulu etc. And of course the WiFi is free and fast.
This unit shares the pool area with it's identical twin (unit B). Each unit has their own private back deck with grill and outdoor dining table.
