Bedroom 1 with a king bed (sleeps 2 people), bedroom 2 with a king bed (sleeps 2 people), bedroom 3 with 2 sets of bunk beds having single bed on top and double bed on bottom (sleeps 6 people), bedroom 4 with a double bed and a traditional single bunk bed at top and bottom (sleeps 4 people)
This property is fully equipped with your use of bedding, towels and dish towels. You may use the large laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer (starter laundry pods and dryer sheets included), iron and ironing board. Our electric fireplace makes the nights cozy.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, a Keurig coffee pod machine and a classic coffee drip machine (starter coffee included for each machine). We also have a dishwasher (starter dishwasher pods included), an induction stove and oven, and a double door fridge with bottom freezer. Various small appliances are available to make all your meals including pots, pans and everything else in between. The cupboards and drawers are full with useful items to make your stay comfortable. A BBQ (1 filled propane tank included) and an electric smoker (starter pellets included) are available for your enjoyment.
Plenty of fun to be had in the arcade and games room. Choose from stand up arcades, air hockey table, foosball table, pop-a-shot basketball, pool table and much, much, more!
You can entertain your families with use of the large 10 seater dining table, the 4 seater high-top dining table and the 6 additional seats at the kitchen counter peninsula. For your convenience, there is an additional commercial fridge and full size stand up freezer on the premises for all your food and drink needs.
We have an outdoor heated 4 foot deep pool for the summer months, a cedar barrel sauna and a hot tub for year round use. There is a half court basketball court on the property (season permitting).
We have Wi-Fi on the property and multiple T.V.'s for your enjoyment. We have a natural gas furnace and an air conditioner for summer days. We also have heated floors throughout.
There are 2 firepits on the property with Muskoka chairs (starter firewood is included). Guests are welcomed to enjoy the private trails on the property to walk, hike, snowshoe or cross country ski.
We are located just 10 minutes to the beautiful beaches of Wasaga Beach, less than 15 minutes to Collingwood, 20 minutes to The Blue Mountains and the Scandinavae Spa. Near by amenities like grocery stores and local shops are just minutes away.
Check in time is between 4:00pm-9:00pm and check out time is 11:00am.
