PLEASE CALL US FOR ANY ALTERNATE DATES. PLEASE USE THESE DAYS TO GET A QUOTED PRICE. This traditional Eagles Mere cottage is located at the corner of Eagles Mere Avenue and Laporte Avenue. The magnificent house has 9 bedrooms, 4 full baths and 2 half baths. The house sits on an acre of property and was the original site of Lewis Glass-works. It’s a short walk to town, Edgemere dock, the Laurel Path, Outlet Pond, Conservancy Cabin and the Hardly Able - shuttle boat to the beach. The wrap around front porch with rocking chairs, hammock and swing overlooks the spacious front yard, while the deck opening off of the kitchen and master bedroom has a view of the backyard. First Floor: Living Room, dining room, kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, Master Bedroom with queen size bed and full bath with tub/shower that has access to the back deck. Second Floor: 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 bedrooms with full beds, bedroom with 2 twin beds and 2 full baths; one with claw foot tub and hand held shower; second with shower. Third Floor: Bedroom with bunk bed and a twin bed, bedroom with double bed and bedroom with 2 double beds. Hall bathroom with claw foot tub. Lower Level: The basement has a 40-inch flat screen TV with DVD player, ping pong table, leather sofas, 2nd refrigerator/freezer, washer and dryer plus more room for storage. Half bath accessed from a covered outdoor patio completes the lower level. Street Parking Only, Please DO NOT park in the yard. Lakemont sleeps up to eighteen. This is a non-smoking cottage. Pets are not permitted. Has a Weber propane grill. WiFi is available at Lakemont, but cannot be guaranteed.
