Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom. The ceilings are high throughout the house and it has very easy access to the backyard and pool area. There is a 2 car garage and laundry room.

Guests will be asked to acknowledge the City's “Good Neighbor Policy”, House Rules, and a Release of Liability - prior to arrival. The policy and the acknowledgment form will be emailed to you. The city of Palm Springs mandates that the form is signed prior to your arrival - focussing mostly on music being played outside. It is not allowed outside at all.
