Home includes all modern amenities, including gorgeous hardwood floors, 4 large bedrooms (master bedroom - 2 queen size beds, bedroom 2 - 2 twin beds, bedroom 3 -1 queen bed, bedroom 4 - 1 queen bed, all rooms have large closets and dressers. 3 full baths all have tub/shower combos, towels/washcloths and laundry baskets. Large full kitchen - includes all dishes, utensils, coffee pot, microwave, side by side refrigerator, stove/oven combo, and island bar with 3 stools. Dinning room right off the kitchen that seats 6. Large living room with a hide away bed and and a couch that also is a bed with charging ports and a family room. Laundry room has washer and dryer, both are front loaders. There are ceiling fans, stand fans and fans. Air conditioners in the bedrooms. Nice front and back porch with outdoor furniture, large yard with a propane grill. Enjoy the sounds of nature and the running of the beautiful fishing stream right off the back yard, or enjoy a nature walk down the Catherine Valley Trail, a short walking distance from the front door.
