Welcome to Litchfield Breeze. This luxury beach home offers 6 Bedrooms and 5.5 Bathrooms with a great ocean view from the top patio.
The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen that has an open floor plan to the living and dining area. Two of the six bedrooms are located on this floor. The King Master Suite with private bath, and access to the patio. This patio offers both screened in and open seating areas. The other bedroom offers a Queen bedroom with private bath. Also located on this floor is the half bath.
The top floor offers 4 bedrooms, a seating area to relax and watch TV, and access to the upper patios. From this patio you can go up to the second patio where you can relax and watch the sunrise with a nice ocean view.
This beautiful home has a 2-car garage with plenty of parking space outside to park cars and boat. Nice, covered seating area out with a yard for the kids to play in while you relax in the hammock. A outside shower to rinse all the sand off after a long day on the beach. Across from the house you have access to the boat ramp so you can put your boat in for a great day of fishing.
This home requires Saturday-Saturday stays.
