Great lake house with lots of extras and easy entry for those with mobility issues. Views of the lake from almost every room in the house. Located on the highly desirable Franklin County side of the lake in The Waterfront golf course community just 5 minutes from Westlake where you will find grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. | This home is furnished with renters in mind. The main level has your kitchen, which is open to the dining room that seats 8 and overlooks the lake. There is also a great deck area with seating and a gas grill. The main level has a master bedroom with a king and laundry in the nook off the bathroom. On the entry level you will find 2 more bedrooms, sharing a bath in the hallway. One bedroom has a Queen bed / 2 twins (bunks). The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed | | Downstairs you will find a rec room with a foosball table to entertain both kids and adults, another flatscreen tv and a small kitchenette with a full size fridge. There is a 4th room with 2 queen sleeper sofas/futons that doubles as a media room. Enjoy the rainy days inside watching a large flatscreen TV with movie selections, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon etc. . There are numerous flat screen tvs. including a 36, 46 and 55. Everything in this house makes it the perfect place for your group to enjoy their lake vacation. | Enjoy the cooler nights toasting s'mores by the firepit. There is a swinger chair and Adirondack chairs for the whole group. The cove is great for swimming with a protected area to the right of the dock. The lot lays very gentle and has no steps going to the lake, however there is a paved path so its mobility friendly. This home will accommodate 6 people over the age of 5 years old.
