There are 2 master bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms and king beds. There is another king bedroom with adjoining bath that is shared with the final bedroom with 2 twin beds. The top level boasts the “tower” room, a space offering solitude to write, read or simply enjoy the captivating views as far as the eye can see! Many of the features included throughout the home, such as stained glass, staircase newel posts, ornamental woodwork, and an antique etched red glass hanging lantern are from the original cottage dated 1897. There is much to appreciate outdoors as well, including the hot tub, lush Maine landscaping and beautifully tended gardens, and a BBQ grill for your outdoor enjoyment and oceanside dining! Minutes away from Seven Lights is the Ocean Point Community Dock. This privately-owned dock is available to the public for boat drop-offs, pick-ups, swimming, and fishing. A mooring will be available to you and can support a maximum 30-foot boat. The Ocean Point Community offers many opportunities for exploration, including a short walk to Grimes Cove Beach, use of a community building with tennis courts (available for small fee), wonderful walking along the ocean’s edge and fabulous tide pool exploration.
