The Llano Cabin at A-Frame Ranch is a brand new, modern A-frame cabin set on 17 beautiful acres right on the edge of charming Fredericksburg, TX. This is a place to truly unwind and feel like you’re out in the country, while being less than a 10 minute drive to Main Street. The area has so much to offer, from dance halls and wineries, to gourmet restaurants and hiking. Or stay in the entire weekend- sit back on the deck while gazing at the stars and then watch the deer go by in the morning!
The space
Rooms 1 & 2: These bedrooms have king-sized beds and are located on the main floor. The comfortable beds have 400 thread count sheets and there are blackout shades, a sound machine, and full-length mirror in both rooms.
Room 3: The bedroom upstairs has two twin-sized beds (also 400 thread count sheets, black out blinds, and a sound machine).
Loft: The loft is open to the living room below, with 2 twin-sized beds and two 5' bean bags for hanging out and watching movies on the 50-inch smart TV with Roku so you can log into your favorite streaming channels.
Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen for cooking, with stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave and all the equipment you’d need, including some spices, sugar, oil, and flour. Coffeemakers (drip, Keurig, and a French press) are provided. Ground coffee and tea provided. BYO K-cups.
Bathroom 1: There’s a walk-in shower with towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash provided. Hair dryer and iron available as well.
Bathroom 2: The bathroom upstairs has a tub/shower and all the same amenities.
Living Area: Amazon Alexa speaker to play music. Full sized sleeper sofa for extra guests.
Outdoor Area: Relax on the patio overlooking a dry creek and native post oak trees. Hang out around the firepit (propane provided) and then lounge around in the stock tank pool (heated). There's a gas grill on site to cook up some meals!
Other notes:
- Additional $35/person per day after 9 guests.
- Pack and play available for kiddos.
- Watch for deer when driving to our cabin! They are abundant.
- There are 2 other cabins on the property- please be respectable of others privacy.
- Starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags will be provided.

We are a quick phone call away!
The area has the feel of being out in the country, but is only a short drive to all the restaurants you could want! If you want to grab a quick breakfast to eat from the cabin, Hilda's has awesome breakfast tacos, and Caliche has excellent coffee. Otto's & Cabernet Grill are our favorites for a special meal and Enchanted Rock is great to get out and hike!

Cabin is on septic, so nothing but TP in the toilets and be careful what you put down the disposal!
