Luxurious, huge, beautiful and completely renovated Villa Palmares is located on a small hill overlooking the Sea of Cortes, inside a gated community with security and surveillance 24/7.
10 air conditioned bedrooms, each with private full bathroom will sleep 25 guests comfortably. It has a large swimming pool, 3 hot tubs, gym, outdoor kitchen, bar among other amenities to enjoy.

It has 11 full and 4 half bathrooms. All the bedrooms in the Villa have either a smart TV or bluetooth speaker.
The rooms in the Villa are organized in three clusters, except the master bedroom and the young boys room.
-Villa Palmares
+ Master Bedroom or 4 (second floor)
This is definitely the most prominent and largest room of the Villa. This huge room has a king size bed, a living room with a L shaped comfortable sofa for enjoying the ocean views. This area is sometimes used by kids as a bed. It has a large walking closet and a full bathroom with two sinks. It also has smartTV with soundbar. To pamper you, the room has a exterior two person hot tub overlooking the city and the bay of La Paz and a private balcony to relax or enjoy a morning coffee with wonderful views of the ocean.
+ Cluster one (ground floor)
This is the only area where you will not find stairs to access any of the rooms.
*Room 1: king size bed, living room/TV area and a full bathroom with walking closet. This room also has a beautiful large terrace with a jacuzzi to enjoy amazing ocean and sunset views.
This room was specially designed to receive handicapped guests. It has wider doors and aisles making it easier for wheelchair user to move around. The bathroom is also suited for handicapped guests.
There is also a special route in the Village that allows a wheelchair to reach the level where the kitchen, living and dinning room (interior social area) are located, as well as the terrace, swimming pool and bar (exterior social area) of the Villa.
*Room 2: king size bed, full bathroom, smart TV with soundbar and a private terrace with a desert garden to enjoy a morning coffee or just relax in one of our hammocks.
*Room 3: twin beds (2) and a full bathroom, smart TV with soundbar as well a private terrace with garden view.
+ Cluster two (second floor)
Curl up with a good book or enjoy movie nights in our TV room with large smart TV with soundbar and a comfortable sofa bedthat serves for sleeping as well. This area serves as a common access to the oceanview terrace and all the bedrooms in the cluster.
*Room 5: queen size bed, smart tv, full bathroom, closet, balcony with ocean view.
*Room 6: king Size Bed, full bathroom and closet. Garden view.
*Room 7: queen beds (2), full bathroom and closet. Garden view.
+Cluster three: (under the terrace of the pool area)
This is the most independent cluster with spectacular unobstructed ocean views from both bungalows. These two rooms are under the pool area and share a common terrace equipped with a table for six, a mini fridge, microwave oven and sink.
*Room 8 (bungalow A): has a desk for your working needs, a queen bed with full bathroom and closet.
*Room 9 (bungalow B): has a full bed with an additional pull-out twin, full bathroom, closet and a dedicated workspace.
+Room 10 or young boys room (ground floor garden area):
In the back garden of the Villa, just a few steps away from the main entrance, you will find this convenient room, independent from the main building, that is often used to sleep teens or persons that work and travel with you.
It comfortably sleeps four guests in its two twin size bunk beds (upper and lower) and two additional twin beds. It has full bathroom and closet to store clothes and keep your belongings.
+Common areas
Villa Palmares has functional and beautiful common areas.
*Living and dining room: the Villa has a large interior social area with wonderful views. It features a dinning room for 12 persons (that can extend up to 16) and a very comfortable large living room with two half bathrooms for men a women use. Due to its architectural design, this large high ceiling area is ment to be always open to enjoy marine breeze and unobstructed views of the ocean and sunsets. For this reason, it is the only interior area in the Villa without air conditioning.
*Kitchen: whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen with air conditioning and state of the art appliances. Let the chef inside of you fulfill your culinary adventures or, if you prefer, we can bring you one that will cook local delicacies for you and your guests. The kitchen has two bars with stools that can sit up to 10 persons for breakfast, lunch or informal dining.
*Outdoor kitchen: there is an amazing outdoor kitchen fully equipped with bbq, two burners, mini fridge, sink and a table that also sits 10 guests who will enjoy alfresco grilled delicacies and cocktails at sunset.
*Terrace, pool and bar area
Definitely, this is the area where you will want to spend most of your time while in the Villa to enjoy magnificent views of the city of La Paz and its lovely bay.
The 2,002 sq ft (186 sq meters) main terrace and beautiful and huge 872 sq ft (81 sq meters) swimming pool is an idyllic spot to hang out with your family and friends should you decide to work on your tan in our sun loungers, swim, relax in the six person hot tub, fresh air or soak up the sunsets.
The terrace/pool area is served by an exterior half bathroom and an outdoor shower.
*Bar: besides the swimming pool is an enclosed air conditioned full bar with refrigerator, wine cooler, smart tv with theater sound system and full bathroom that integrates to the open space terrace to fully enjoy music and favorite sports. There is also an adjacent exterior eight person dinning table for casual eating, or enjoy amazing ocean views, drinks and snacks.
*Gym: below the pool area, besides the bungalows, is an air conditioned gym with state of the art technogym equipment: a bench, weights, treadmill, stationary bike and yoga mat. You can exercise with an unobstructed view of the Sea of Cortez. The gym also has a 32 inch TV and a small half bathroom.

-Getting around
La Paz is a two hour drive north of popular Cabo San Lucas but with its laid-back vibe, it might as well be a world away. You can fly to La Paz via Los Cabos´ airport extensive destinations in the US and Canada or direct from southern California using the Cross-Border Express (CBX) terminal in Tijuana´s airport that serves the San Diego area. La Paz is also connected via non-stop flights to the main cities in Mexico like Guadalajara and Mexico City as well as the largest urban areas in Mexico´s northwest.
Since the zone where Villa Palmares is located is vey close to the downtown area, you can easily call ubers and taxis, however, we highly recommend renting a car to enjoy everything La Paz has to offer, including beautiful towns like Todos Santos, La Ventana and El Triunfo, as well as the nearby beaches, like Balandra, the most beautiful in Mexico and one of the most idyllic in the world according to several renowned international publications.
