Gothic Manor is NOT to be missed! Located in the town of Crested Butte within walking distance to Elk Avenue shops and restaurants and only 1 block to the Mountain Express shuttle stop (ski shuttle). Gothic Manor is an adorable three bedroom, two and a half bath townhome ready for your next getaway!
Located on the east side of town, you’ll enjoy two different town parks located within 2 blocks of the home, easy access to trails, minutes from downtown and the 4-way bus stop, and views of Mt Crested Butte, Paradise Divide and Mt Emmons (Red Lady).
Step inside Gothic Manor and you will immediately feel at home! The first floor consists of two large bedrooms, laundry area and mudroom/entry. The first guest room has a king bed, and the second guest bedroom has custom built bunk beds (full over full – sleeps 4!), both of which share an additional full bathroom with oversized jetted bathtub (with shower).
Upstairs is where the entertaining and/or relaxation begins! With an open floor plan, the large kitchen, dining, and living room offers tons of light, views, and space for the entire family. The kitchen, complete with a unique tin ceiling, granite tile countertops and stainless steel appliances, opens to the living room with vaulted ceilings and the large windows offer views of Whetstone Mountain. It's the perfect place to gather after a long day of skiing, biking or touring the town. It's the ideal place to simply 'be' in Crested Butte!
The third floor features a private master retreat area with queen bed, new flat screen TV and an en-suite bathroom. Whether you're in Crested Butte for a weekend with friends or a family vacation, Gothic Manor is the perfect spot for you!
