THE PROPERTY
The Treehouse Inn is nestled on a quiet alleyway in the historic Westmoreland addition of Montrose in Houston, where you'll have your own private entrance and gated parking spot. The property is both centrally located and walkable, perfect for exploring Houston by foot, bike, or short drives.
The property can comfortably accommodate up to three people. Inside you'll find a queen size bed on a sturdy, solid wood bed frame. There's also a Crate and Barrel sleeper sofa to accommodate you and your traveling partners' needs. The sleeper has a pull out queen size mattress, but can also be used as a twin bed by removing al the cushions. You'll find plenty of storage and a dedicated work space for your convenience.
The Treehouse Inn comes with a fully equipped kitchen and full-size refrigerator, along with all the cooking utensils and tools you may need! There's also a coffee maker and Keurig, along with an electric kettle, in case you prefer tea. We also keep the kitchen stocked with the most common spices so you don’t have to worry about having to buy your own.
Plenty of towels, linens, and paper goods are supplied so you never run out or have to fetch your own. A combo washer/dryer makes it easy to wash your clothing without leaving your rental.
We take pride in our cleaning process and can guarantee a fully white gloved cleaning for your check in. Linens and towels are white and bleached between guests for ultimate disinfection and cleanliness. Throws and blankets are sanitized between guests to guarantee the cleanest feeling while snuggled up on the couch. Ruggable rugs (brand of washable rugs) add character to the space and are washed periodically to ensure the freshest atmosphere.
We are sourdough bakers and occasionally have sourdough goodies available to share with our guests. So if you're a sourdough fan, please do let us know!
