Negative: A huge live cockroach in one of bedrooms welcomed me Struck by electric shock when pressing the ignition switch of the gas stove due to its age Air Conditioning of the living room has a smell, we had to give up using it A bathroom is so tiny that I could not use the functions properly. No air ventilation, you have to open the window to ventilate air or steam out even though outside temperature is low. The bedroom sound proof is not good. You can hear the rain dropping on the roof outside the bedroom when sleeping TV remote control does hardly work The building is quite old and the parking place is dark and had paddles of water on the ground
