We are approx. 30 minutes from Boone and 20 minutes to West Jefferson. The community is located along the New River. Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the outdoor decks while looking at views of Grandfather Mountain!
Pets are allowed! There is a 25lb 2 limit max. Pet Fee will apply. **We do not make exceptions on our pet policy!!

Summary: Altitude Adjustment has become our mountain home away from home. Great location between West Jefferson and Boone, not to mention proximity to southern Virginia, including Whitetop Mountain, Mount Rogers and Grayson Highlands. Majestic views in peaceful Fleetwood as well. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Ashe County.
