Positive: I like how responsive the homeowner was and the backyard was gorgeous. Its closer to alot of things if you want to explore.
Negative: I wish it had more towel hooks and it needs new pots and pans in the kitchen. Also the neighborhood is clearly in transition.
Summary: Comfortable and cozy stay in Atlanta.
