Villa ANSAH is a refurbished, deceptively spacious, 3 bedroom detached villa nestled in the hillside of the desirable Kiziltas region, boasting some of the best sea views of Kalkan and the surrounding area.
Set in its own grounds the villa is in a peaceful and tranquil location with an enclosed mature garden to the rear. To the front there is a private driveway for one reasonably sized family car, a private swimming pool, pool terrace with sun loungers, parasols and poolside tables. There are separate raised seating and dining areas that comfortably accommodate 8 people, both with spectacular views.
Inside, the open plan, air conditioned, kitchen lounge and diner is light and spacious and has been tastefully decorated blending contemporary elements with an underlying Ottoman theme. The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard fitted with Bosch appliances. There are two three seater sofas, two armchairs, a flat screen TV, DVD player and free Wi-Fi.
Two of the double bedrooms are located on the first floor. Both bedrooms are air conditioned and have en-suites. The master bedroom has access to an outside balcony at the front of the villa and access to another smaller balcony at the rear. Headroom in the third bedroom is restricted, but has access to an amazing rooftop terrace which provides a perfect spot to relax and watch the spectacular sunrises and sunsets. This bedroom is also air conditioned and has an en-suite. All bedrooms have ample storage space, with mirrored fitted wardrobes and drawers.
Getting into town is an easy 10-15 minute downhill walk, where you will experience everything Kalkan has to offer from boutique shops, fabulous café bars and amazing restaurants to suit all budgets. Kalkan has a stylish marina and a small beach where the water is clear and calm with a safe buoyed off swimming area.
Taxis are numerous, reasonable, reliable and punctual, also handy if you are planning any trips further afield, as they will pick and drop off at the villa as and when requested.
