This home has a gentle slope down to the water’s edge of Lake Loch Lomond in Bella Vista, Arkansas. The dock provides a place to fish, swim, and enjoy the water! A closet at the dock contains all the equipment needed for fishing and water activities. Three kayaks are available for use. We also have a mobility scooter in case you need to ride down the gentle sloping sidewalk to the lake. The overlooking sun room is optimal for morning coffee, quite time and taking in the spectacular view. Two bedrooms and an office with pull-out twin bed are located upstairs with a master bath and full bath to accommodate. The downstairs has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, a wet bar along with a queen pull-out sofa bed in the family room. An enclosed screened-in patio is perfect for dining and cooking on the grill, propane provided. The backyard offers plenty of grassy space for gatherings and lawn games (crochet, lawn golf, and horse shoes provided). A great place for a small wedding venue. If you would prefer, we can do all the preparations down to the ordained minister! Just let us know your ideas and we will make it a great experience for you and your guests. Lots of great shopping at Pinnacle Hills in Rogers about 25-30 minutes from our home. Golfing, golfing and more golfing within minutes. If you enjoy Frisbee golf, there is a new course within a few minutes of the house.
