The Farm House is a charming detached Grade ІІ listed property in the village of Catherington, Hampshire. The house has a pretty village garden with a heated swimming pool. The Farm House has been refurbished to a very high standard. There are three king size bedrooms, two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom (*Please note that the house sleeps a maximum of 12 guests*) There is a roll top bath in the bathroom, and two shower rooms; one with a rain shower. The open plan converted barn kitchen is well-equipped with a Rangemaster cooker, gas hob and dishwasher. There is seating for 12 people, perfect for entertaining and supper parties. A private cook is available on request at an additional cost with prior notice. There is a utility room with a Miele washing machine and separate tumble dryer. A steam iron and ironing board is available for your use. The sunny lounge with access to the garden is an ideal place to relax and read a book. There is a also a separate snug with flat screen TV, SKY services and comfy sofas; a DVD library makes it the perfect room for an evening of movies and kicking back! A study is available should you need to sneak in some work during your stay. The swimming pool is heated and available to use from May until September. It is surrounded by a picket fence for the safety of children and those unable to swim. There is a gardener who comes each week, he keeps the grounds looking immaculate!
