Positive: Vassilis is an excellent host. I like the ac on in the night but my friend gets cold, so he kindly gave us some blankets. He also went above and beyond when I had to go hospital and was very helpful with the paperwork etc. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and close to the old town. Parking is available, which is super handy. There are two balconies, so plenty of places to sit in the evening. There's a washing machine, clothes horse and ironing board available if you need to do laundry.
