*Min age for renting this property is 25. We do not allow parties of any kind. No groups under the age of 25 allowed.
*You are only allowed 10 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9:00pm TO 8:00am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
*Parking: 3 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are located in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

On the top floor you ill find the garage that is available for parking, the kitchen, laundry room, a 1/2 bath and the main living room.
Down from the top floor we have a very cozy second living room, the master bedroom with a king bed and private full bathroom, bedroom 2 with a queen, bedroom 3 with a queen and a full shared bathroom in the hallway.
Down one more level is the amazing theater room! Family and friends will have so much fun with movie nights! There is a sauna on this level for relaxing and shared full bathroom in the hallway. On this level is bedroom 4 with a king and bedroom 5 with a twin over twin bunk bed.
