Fantastic views from this 9th floor condo in Summerhe where you will enjoy the beautiful white sands and clear emerald waters of the Gulf during the day and amazing sunsets nightly.. Summerhouse is one of best and well established condominium complexes in Panama City Beach and is maintained impeccably. This condo has 2 bedrooms each with a full bathrooms and TVs. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed and a view of the Gulf while the second bedroom has a full size bed and a twin bed. The living room includes a new sleeper sofa, 2 leather recliners and a large flat screen TV. High back chairs at counter along with table and chairs which seats 6. The kitchen has everything you need from pots & pans to dishes and cutlery. Coffee Drip and Keurig. Washer/Dryer Newer appliances & cabinets round out this home away from home. Wi-Fi and cable included at no extra fee. Summerhouse is a great place for relaxation and for families. Two pools, one is heated, 1 kiddie pool and a hot tub. There is a beautiful gazebo and the grounds around the pools are beautiful has plenty of greenery. The lobby of Summerhouse has a number of pool tables and arcades for enjoyment. There are tennis and racquetball courts here also!! Barbecue grills are available for your use. First class operation with a desk in lobby for any questions or issues. Enjoy beach life in Panama City Beach with many great restaurants. Pier Park is a great place to walk and relax with many restaurants, shops, music, Grand 16 movie theater and much more. Beach-side activities include jet ski rentals, Pontoon boat rentals, parasailing, banana boat rides, volleyball...the list is endless. Owners since 2017. No Smoking. No Pets. minimum age to rent is 25.

Summary: Me and my family came down for the weekend to go deep sea fishing at Captain Andersons marina. This condo was just minutes from there. The room was very very clean and exactly as described and photographed. Jim was very responsive to us with any questions we had. I would def recommended staying here and we will book in the future!
