With a surface area of 95 m² and sleeping up to 6 people, it comprises a living room with lounge and kitchen, three bedrooms, two shower rooms and a garden with terrace. All linen is 4-star hotel quality, and the beds are made up on arrival. We're waiting for you!

The house is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
