You'll even enjoy Ocean and Bay Views while lounging on your own private Balcony - great for outdoor dining & entertaining. Sun-filled Living Area is tastefully decorated with many high-end finishes, including giant flat-screen TV, DVD. Owners have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. Fully-equipped kitchen makes mealtime a delight, with nice appliances, spacious counter tops, and cabinets. Additional features include FREE WiFi access and 1-car parking spot. Non-smoking. No pets, please. Building Registration Fee: $40 Non-Refundable Building Registration Fee Due at 9400 Bldg. Check-in is 4:00-6:00 PM. Check-out is 9:00 AM.
