Experience authentic loft living in this 930 sq foot hard loft with 7 massive industrialized windows!! HUGE AMOUNT OF LIGHT. BEST VIEW. Queen West / Parkdale. 10 Minutes walking distance to drake hotel, 15 minutes to Trinity Bellwoods. NOTE: Only mid term rental available. Min 2 months and max 6 months.
NOTE: Furniture is being replaced in the unit and unit will be equipped with following:
- King size bed and mattress
- Large wardrobe in the back of the bedroom (same one in the picture)
- Dining room table and chairs
- L shaped black couch
- All needed kitchen equipment provided for a comfortable stay.
If anything is missing during your stay you can let me know and we can try and provide it for you.
Parking lot is shared with all tenants in building, so first come first serve. Street parking extra at guests expenses.
