Furnished in casual elegance and spanning three levels, this home is loaded with custom furnishing and accommodates up to 18 guests. The private pool can be heated for a fee, allowing enjoyment in any season. With only 26 homes and a security gate, Water’s Edge is private and has almost no car traffic. It’s close to local dining and shopping so grab a bicycle and head downtown to the local brewery, ice cream parlor, or the local farmer’s market. With new furniture and down feather bedding, you can enjoy all the comforts this home has to offer, including, a fully stocked kitchen, wet bar, and an amazing expresso machine. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and private balcony. The top floor boasts a beautiful view of the gulf where you can enjoy a quiet sunrise with your latte or a glass of wine while watching the sunset. The private pool is equipped with polywood furniture for your friends and family to enjoy and the back patio offers a perfect spread for outdoor entertainment.
