Visitors will also find a popular cycle/pedestrian path that follows the perimeter of Lake Varese which is a 4-minute walk away.
Arranged across the first floor of a historic two-story building this spacious apartment has a modern rustic interior with characterful exposed stone feature walls. The property also benefits from underfloor heating and enjoys a large open-plan living space.
