Completely refurbished in 2021, at the foot of the Cours de l'Intendance, the Grand Théâtre and Rue Sainte Catherine, it features a large, comfortable master suite, a separate office area and a large lounge. It can comfortably accommodate 2 travelers.

The Place des Grands Hommes and its market was built in 1860 by the famous architect Charles Burguet, to provide local residents with fresh produce. In 1988, the square was renovated on the initiative of Chaban Delmas, Mayor of Bordeaux at the time.
Today the market is closed, but numerous shops, restaurants and bars enliven this district.
