In the house you will find a nice pool area with a nice large 6-seater. standwater spa. If you do not want to swim, there are plenty of opportunities in the brand new activity room from 2013 with pool table, table tennis, air hockey, darts and TV as well as a cozy café table, where you can enjoy a glass of wine or a beer. Well-equipped kitchen is open to the cozy dining area. From the kitchen you enter the well-appointed living room with DVD player, Hi-fi system with CD player. In the living room you will also find a nice wood stove and PC workplace. The house is equipped with 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, all with double beds. Furthermore, a large separate room with double bed and sofa bed and direct access to the 3rd bathroom with shower. The house is very energy friendly as there is a heat pump both for pool water and for space heating. On the plot are several sheltered tiled terraces with garden furniture and for the children: sandpit / play tower with slide / swing / seesaw and football goal. Free final cleaning!
