Be one of the first to stay in this completely remodeled 8-bedroom, oceanfront home in the highly desirable South Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island! This two-story home is spacious with three separate sitting areas, luxurious features, new furniture, and has amazing views of the ocean from almost every room.
From the 1st floor entrance, you’ll notice the light hardwood floors that go throughout the house. To the right are three bedrooms: the first has a king bed, two chairs, a bench seat and a mounted 50” SMART TV. The private bathroom has a single granite topped vanity and a tub/shower combo. The next room has two 3-tier twin bunk beds, a chair, and access to the outdoor deck. The private bathroom has a single granite topped vanity and a tub/shower combo. The last bedroom down this hall has a king bed, chair, built-in bookcase with a mounted 43” SMART TV and a door to the outside deck. The first floor living room has a white sofa with chaise lounge, two chairs, a bookshelf with games on it, a mounted 65” SMART TV and a door to the outside deck. You have beautiful views of the lush landscaping in the backyard and the ocean. The large outdoor deck is partially covered with lots of ceiling fans to keep you cool. There are two patio couches and two patio love seats. A spiral staircase will take you up to the 2nd floor deck.
The second floor is your main living area with a very large living room, a separate sitting room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and master suite. There are amazing views of the ocean from almost every room, and it is bright and spacious. There is a ½ bath at the top of the stairs. The sitting room has a gray sofa with chaise lounge, two chairs and a mounted 75” SMART TV. There is a cutout window to the kitchen that has three stools. The living room has vaulted ceilings, a large white couch, two matching love seats, an accent chair and a mounted 75” SMART TV.
The gourmet, fully equipped kitchen is every chef’s dream! Gorgeous granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including two dishwashers, two ovens, an ice maker, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a special soda fridge, a large flat top stove and the farmers style kitchen sink. There is a large island with nine leather chairs – a perfect place to enjoy appetizers and drinks while watching the chef prepare your favorite meal! Additional seating can be found at the adjacent dining room table that seats eight. There are French style doors that open to the outdoor deck from the living room and dining room. The master suite is off the living room and has a king bed, two comfortable chairs and a mounted 65” SMART TV. The ensuite bathroom has two separate granite topped vanities with shelves in between. There is a soaking tub in the corner by the windows and a walk-in shower with a bench and rain shower head.
The 2nd floor deck has two tables with bench seats and a Weber Genesis propane grill. Plenty of seating, with gorgeous views of the ocean, to enjoy outdoor dining. You can enter the guest house from either the ground or the 2nd floor deck. Entering from the 2nd floor deck there is a small screened-in porch with views of the ocean and backyard. You enter to the living room where there is a blue couch, accent chair and a mounted 50” SMART TV. The fully equipped kitchen is on this level as well. Go down the spiral staircase and you will find the laundry room, bathroom and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed, chair and mounted 55” SMART TV. The bathroom is in the hall and has a single granite topped vanity and tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a twin bed, chair and mounted 50” TV.
9 Juniper Lane has a beautiful, large backyard with a pool and spa and a path to get to the beach. There are several lounge chairs by the pool to soak up the sun or you can sit under the deck on one of the patio couches and relax in the shade. In addition, you can escape to the garage and play a friendly game of ping-pong.
This home has so much to offer and plenty of space for large family gatherings. You are located within a short drive to Coligny Plaza where you will find shopping, dining, local entertainers, a local coffee shop, two ice cream shops and the grocery store.
