Majestic lake views from this one of a kind 9 bedroom newly constructed home in the heart of Lake Harmony! Come enjoy all 4 unique levels which includes custom wood work, a large game room, spacious living areas, indoor and outdoor bar, and fire pit. Cozy up by one of the 2 double sided fireplaces or outside in the large hot tub with stunning views. This offers everything needed for both kids and adults!
The first floor includes a bar, large seating area, fireplace, pool table, and huge flat screen TV. There are also 4 bedrooms located on this floor. The ground area consists of a game room that kids and adults both can enjoy! Feel free to play some arcade games and ping pong, or relax on the couch and watch a movie. The second floor includes 5 additional bedrooms and a sitting area with direct access to the outside deck. The 3rd floor consists of large sitting areas with a vaulted ceiling, kitchen with an oversized island, and another fireplace with a big screen tv. This floor has seating for 42 people inside as well as 16 people outside on the 3rd floor deck.
