Total Reno.......Gulf Highlands is a large gated community with a private club house located on the beautiful white sandy beach. It has its own snack bar, decks for sunning & sight seeing, pool directly on the beach, + 10 additional pools, 5 heated (seasonally), shuffle board, Security, 18 hole mini golf (free), just off the patio is a beautiful lagoon winding through the complex.
Vacations by Fayla takes pride in providing family friendly, well maintained & enjoyable units.
No Pets, Non Smoking Unit. (smoking inside or a smoke smell will forfeit your deposit) Must be 23 years old to rent the unit.
Queen master suite with pillow top mattress and private bath. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with pillow top mattress. Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. 3rd bedroom has a full size bed. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's. Unit is extended on both top and bottom floors with a beautiful family dining room over looking the lagoon. Gas grill and concrete table on the rear patio. New paint, new linens, new stainless steel appliances, new tile & carpet. 4 flat screen TV's, fully stocked kitchen, Granite Countertops, washer and dryer. Complete Renovation.

Summary: This unit is BEAUTIFUL, right along the canal where literally hundreds of turtles find their home, and just a very short walk to the beach, the numerous very well-maintained pools, restaurants and pubs. The hostess is extremely responsive, usually responding to questions within minutes. The kitchen is very well equipped with anything you might need. As well, there is a wagon in the closet to pull your things to the beach or pool, along with a cooler and boogie boards. There is a bin on the back patio that is supplied with children's beach toys. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely go back to this unit in a heartbeat!
