You will be located 15 minutes away from the White House, The Capitol, and the Georgetown University. One Stop from Reagan National airport, 3 blocks away from Crystal City and Pentagon City Metro stations. Hundreds of restaurants and shops.

Rest and recharge your batteries in the cozy spaces offered by the building. Enjoy a workout in the fully equipped fitness center and then relax by the warm flame of a communal fireplace. The concierge will be happy to assist you during business hours (24/7 Friday and Saturday and Every other day from 7-11 pm), and don't worry about parking! Parking is available for just $20 per night, only 1 parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area.
Relax and unwind in our welcoming pool area. Wristbands are required for access and are available for $10 per day (includes two wristbands). Please note that only these two will be provided.
Please note that the parking lot gate will close at 11:00 PM.

We Host provides basic products for personal care and cooking for the first nights.
For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. We kindly ask that you complete this process before your arrival. Please note that if the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, we will unfortunately need to cancel your reservation
" The pool is available daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and offers the perfect spot to relax and unwind! Access comes with a 10USD daily fee, and you'll receive wristbands after payment to enter.
⚠️ Only guests wearing the wristband are allowed to use the pool. Lost or damaged wristbands incur a 100USD replacement fee. So keep them safe and dive into your vacation fun! ️ "
