The property is situated on the top of the Sant Sebastià peak in Llafrancwith magnificent views of the sea. Set in a very secluded and peaceful location with total privacy and a large 210m² swimming pool and sports area, it is the perfect choice for a family holiday and the ideal location for a much needed rest. The exterior of the property provides us with everything we need for a luxury holiday, ideal for enjoying our stay where we find a large summer kitchen fully equipped with 2 barbecues, dishwasher, fridge and microwave and a great dining table to enjoy the Mediterranean cuisine in this privileged and unique property. The property has several seating areas, a covered outdoor chill-out area with 2 sofa areas and an uncovered chill-out area . The large swimming pool, 25 metres long and 2.5 metres deep, guarantees the enjoyment of the Costa Brava sun and together with the sports area where we can finda large court that can be adapted to a football, tennis or basketball court ; entertainment is guaranteed. There is also aping-pong table. A spacious bench area with a large open space for jogging and playing allows you to finish the day in this estate enjoying the beautiful nature of the area. The property has a large constructed area spread over 3 levels. On accessing the main floor we find a large entrance hall that takes us to a spacious and bright living room with 3 sofa areas, a large formal dining area and minibar area. This whole area enjoys a fantastic view to the outside and the sea. From the entrance hall there is also access to a second living room with TV and a table where you can play games in the evenings. This second living room also has an exit to the outside. On this same floor we have access to a second more informal dining area from which we also have views and access to the outside and which communicates with a large kitchen fully equipped and prepared for the capacity of the property. Finally, we have a bedroom with bunk beds and a complete bathroom with shower. On the first floor we find the sleeping area where we have a total of 8 bedrooms with air conditioning: A master suite with a double bed of 180 cm and TV from which you can access the terrace where you can enjoy a fantastic sea view, a bathroom with bathtub, a second bathroom with shower and wardrobe area.
