Dein schönes Zimmer ist Teil einer 85 qm großen 3 Zi-Wohnung. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer, Bad, WC, Wohnküche und Flur.
Dein Zimmer hat drei große Fenster mit einem Fensterbank mit einem großen Balkon. Das Zimmer hat Parkettboden und ist durch das große Fenster sehr hell.
Die Wohnung wurde dieses Jahr neu renoviert. Die Küche ist mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine und alles was man sonst zum Leben braucht ausgestattet. Die Küche besitzt einen Esstisch. Der Waschtrockner ist vorhanden und kann natürlich mitbenutzt werden.
Dein Zimmer hat ein Ikea Hemnes Bett (ausziehbar, Fläche 160x200), Kleiderschrank und ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl.
Von hier aus hast Du Zugang zur überdachten Loggia, die nach Süden ausgerichtet ist und einen herrlichen Blick auf den Innenhof bietet. Hier kannst Du viele sonnige Stunden verbringen!
Über den zentral gelegenen Flur gelangst Du in alle Räume, wodurch eine vielfältige Nutzung möglich ist. Einbauschränke in den Nischen bieten zudem gekonnt Stauraum.
Das Tageslicht-Badezimmer ist mit einer Badewanne sowie einer Dusche ausgestattet und bietet außerdem Platz für eine Waschmaschine.

Der Nordosten von Augsburg gilt durch seine gute Infrastruktur, einer idealen Verkehrsanbindung sowie der Ansiedlung einiger der größten Arbeitgeber Augsburgs, als eine ideale Symbiose von Wohnen und Arbeiten.
In Lechhausen befinden sich mehrere Apotheken, Arztpraxen, Banken, Fachgeschäfte und viele Einzelhandelsfachgeschäfte, in denen alles für den täglichen Bedarf angeboten wird.

Gerne können wir auch sonst was zusammen unternehmen, wie Sport, Radtouren, Joggen, Biergarten, Feiern usw. - ist aber keine Pflicht.
