Positive: This house was perfect for our family's trip to Seattle for a wedding. It is spacious, nicely furnished, and well-equipped. The house easily fit 10 people, with room for us to spread out. Great views of the lake, Seattle, and the nearby golf course and close to some hiking trails.
Negative: We stayed in June during a heatwave, and while I understand temperatures in the 90's are unusual in Seattle, especially so early in the summer, the house was very uncomfortable in the evenings and at night. We were diligent about closing the blinds once the sun hit the windows and opening up once it cooled off. While the posting does state in the description (though fairly understated in it) that the house doesn't have AC, it actually does but the owners don't allow guests to use it. When booking such a luxurious house I expect AC to be included, or at least offered when the temperature soars- even if there is an additional charge associated with it.
