This remodeled and updated condo has all the benefits of home with a beach backdrop! Your condo has a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer for light packing, secured Xfinity Wi-Fi, High-Definition cable, a 24-hour courtesy guard to greet you, on-site management, and two beach walkovers. The living room television has a 55' new television, a 40" one in the master, and a 24" one in the guest bedroom. And the Master Bedroom alarm clock allows for cell phone charging!
Your 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps six with comfort! The King-sized bedroom features new furnishings including a captain's bed for additional storage. Your guests will enjoy the guest bedroom's new twin beds also featuring new captain's beds for more storage. Extra guests will enjoy the new sofa bed and its view of the natural dunes. The new open kitchen design and cabinetry has more storage than most other condos and allows the "chef of the day" to entertain and cook at the same time!
When not relaxing on the beach, St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet has plenty to do for the whole family. The resort hosts 4 newly resurfaced tennis courts, 2 pools (1 is heated for winter guests), pickle ball, a new bocce ball court, 5 hot tubs, shuffleboard, and racquetball! See onsite management for extra racquets and equipment!
If you and your family do decide to venture out, the resort is near all the extras. Historic St. Augustine is just a 15-minute drive away. There, you will see why St. Augustine is the new "Foodie" Venue of the South with its abundance of local eateries and distilleries. St. Augustine Amphitheatre is only an 8-minute drive. The grocery store and local restaurants are just minutes away! Keep in mind that during summer months, there are weekly concerts at the pier, which is a 5-minute beach walk away. During winter months, guests can partake in planned activities, like Thai Chi, Bingo, and water aerobics!
