Gîte, fully renovated in 2017, in what was the caretaker's house for the luxury shoe factory that once stood on this spot. It's an unusual setting with a lovely waterfall just in front (can be seen from the lounge). Little track leading to trout river, La Lyonne, which flows alongside the property. The owners, originally from Paris, love this region and are happy to help you discover it. Many walking/hiking trails, cycle tracks and bridle paths in the Royans area, as well as in the Vercors and the Drôme.
Dining room opening onto kitchen, bedroom (double bed), lounge (double sofa bed). Shower room/WC, another separate WC. Gîte has disabled access. Beds made on arrival.
