Great house with everything youâll need to rest, relax, entertain, enjoy! Just a short walk to Silverleaves beach, lovely Silverleaves CafÃ© and the Cowes Golf Course! One of the best locations on the Island, nestled in a quiet and sheltered court. The house has two lounge areas and is very well equipped with everything youâll need to relax, entertain and enjoy! Inside decor has holiday and beach feel galore, while the fireplace will keep you cosy and comfortable in winter. The house also has a great entertainment deck with BBQ and a large fully fenced backyard. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate toilet, open plan living area opening onto a sunny north facing deck with outdoor seating for 8 and a 4 burner BBQ. Split system reverse cycle air conditioning (heating & cooling) in both the front and the rear living areas and a wood heater in the open plan living area giving a great cosy feel. The open plan living area has comfortable sofas and a Sony 55â Full HD TV & DVD player with USB port (bring your own memory stick with movies and TV shows). There is also a second lounge area at the front of the house with sofas and another TV. And for your acoustic pleasure, a radio / sound systems with Bluetooth. Modern fully equipped kitchen with electric cooking, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, rice cooker and more. The light and sunny dining area has table seating for 8, a highchair and a kidâs chair. There is also a selection of children toys, games, puzzles, DVDs and books. And the final bits and pieces: Separate laundry with large washing machine and drying rack. Large fully fenced backyard. Clothesline. Outdoor shower. Carport & driveway parking for 2 cars. Please note that guests do not have access to the shed. Just a short walk to Silverleaves beach, lovely Silverleaves CafÃ© (GP/Island shuttle bus stop) and the Cowes Golf Course! One of the best locations on the Island, nestled in a quiet and sheltered court. Stroll west along the beach for 15 minutes and youâll be in Cowes or east and youâll end up at the Rhyll Inlet Reserve. The supermarkets, cafes and restaurants of Cowes are a 5 minute drive, 10 minute bike ride or 20 minute walk. There is no internet/wifi at the house, however there is good mobile coverage. We usually just hotspot our phone, which provides us a good enough connection for Netflix streaming. We are a young family of four who like nothing better than spending time on Phillip Island, and going on holidays in general. We love our holiday house as it allows us to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday live to rest, relax, recharge and play. *Please note - linen is supplied for the GP and Superbikes Events ONLY, for all other bookings guests will need to bring their own top & bottom sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats and tea towels or linen can be hired from Binchy's Linen Hire on 0428 170 117. *A BOND MAY APPLY TO BOOKINGS*
